We provide grief counseling for those who are struggling with grief and who may need additional support and coping skills to navigate through their grief. Our grief counselors have experience helping clients understand the process of grief, develop a better understanding of their feelings surrounding the loss, learn how to express those feelings in a healthy way, gain clarity on new roles within their family or circle of friends, identify self-care techniques that are effective in grief, and practice new coping skills.
We also provide grief counseling to couples who have gone through a difficult loss together. Our grief counselors will help the couple better understand each other’s grief experiences, create an environment of safety to express those grief experiences, learn how to support each other in grief, identify common patterns of interaction that are not helpful, and practice new strategies for healing.
